Folding Machines

Paper Folding Machines; MES has a variety of folding machines available that can fold paper from the smallest stock size to the largest standard size. Table top models for small users as well as vacuum feed and high volume production systems.

	MY Autofolder. This is an easy folding machine to use and can run 5,000 sheets of 8½ X 11" paper per hour. It will adjust to fold documents into letter fold, double parallel fold, single fold and Z fold. Machine will fold sheets from 3½ X 4" to 9 X 14" and will handle paper from 16# to 24# bond. 	MY Medium Duty. Ideal for mid size users, has variable speed and can run paper up to 11 X 17", also has a top speed of 10,380 8½ X 11" sheets per hour. Will handle paper up to 11¾ X 18" and 18# to 90# paper, system has conveyor stacker and stapled sets can be run by hand. Click on picture for a larger view.
	MY Heavy Duty. System can fold, slit, score and perforate paper from 9# to 110# and speeds of up to 18,000 8½ X 11" sheets per hour. Will handle paper from 3½ X 3½" to 14 X 20". Quick release shafts facilitate easy set up for perforating, scoring and slitting. Click on picture for a larger view.
	MY Air Feed. Air & Suction feed allows paper fed from 16# to 70# bristol. Will handle paper up to 14 X 18". Includes one perforating wheel and 2 scoring wheels, bottom feed allows for reload of documents without stopping of machine. Machine stand and optional perforating and slitting wheels also available. 	D590 Auto Setting Folding Machine. This micro-processor system is pre-programmed for 6 popular folds and will run different thickness of paper without resetting. Just set the dial for paper size, select the fold type and you are ready to fold. Non standard folds can be manually set, counter is standard as is static eliminator. 	DF 520 Auto Setting Folder. The ultimate in sensor controlled folding systems, this system senses the size and weight of most standard size paper.
